We ask that you pay for all orthodontic services at the time services are rendered other than long term orthodontic treatment. Cash, personal checks, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted as payment. If you have insurance benefits, we will file your insurance claims as an additional service for you, if requested.
Financial Arrangements
The treatment fee for long term orthodontic treatment is payable with an initial down-payment at the time treatment is begun and the balance of the fee payable in monthly payments over the estimated treatment time (usually several months or years). Insurance benefits may be used to reduce your initial down-payment and monthly payments by allowing your insurance benefits to supplement these payments. Alternate payment arrangements with no down-payment and extended monthly payments are also available.
We will gladly assist you in filing your insurance claims for the full treatment fee, but please understand that we cannot guarantee payment of your claim, as your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Therefore, reduction or rejection of your claim by your insurance company does not relieve you of your financial obligation to us for the total treatment fee. Any questions you may have concerning your insurance benefits should be directed to your insurance representative.
Please contact our bookkeeper immediately if you are experiencing difficulties meeting your financial obligations so that we may mutually resolve any problems before they become unmanageable.
